Stacey Mann

With over 25 years as an estate agent, managing director Stacey has a wealth of experience. There are not many people in the local area that do not have a housing connection to Stacey. He is as enthusiastic as ever and houses are his true passion and still excite him all these years later. Whether a house is worth £70,000 or £1,500,000, Stacey eats, sleeps and drinks property and there isn’t much he doesn’t know about the local and national market.

Henrietta

Henrietta loves to find people their dream house and loves nothing more than matching people to the right property. Along with Emma, Henrietta conducts the viewings. She is happy to offer any advice and has a great eye for detail and property improvement. Hen is very good at negotiating and keeping people on both sides happy which leads to smooth uncomplicated sales.

Brian

With over 50 years of business and finance experience, Brian is the man you meet once you have accepted an offer on your property. Brian makes sure your sale goes through smoothly and speaks to solicitors on both sides at least once a week, making the sale to completion process as smooth as possible.

Emma

Emma loves property and it shows in her enthusiasm at viewings. She is very caring and gets on very well with our older clients and takes first time buyers under her wing. Emma is very good at problem solving and very rarely looses a sale. Emma also has years of office experience and has a good viewing to office time ratio, so she is always close by if you need her.

Emily

Our friendly and professional Emily has years of experience and is your first port of call in the office. Emily will arrange your viewings and complete all the administration on your property that you are selling or buying through us. Emily has a passion for property and is always willing to help and provide advice, she also has years of experience working in solicitors so has a fantastic knowledge of the conveyancing process also. Emily is also the person responsible for putting together our details. Providing honest and detailed write ups that promote the house for the vendor, whilst also providing an honest guide for the buyer.

Victoria

Victoria works along side Emily in the daily running of the office, preparing details, readying your paperwork for solicitors, and chasing progress. Victoria has a huge enthusiasm for property and is currently undergoing a renovation project of her own house in Penzance. Victoria has a great knowledge of period property and is full of constructive ideas as well as vision when it comes to houses that need some TLC.

Danny

Talented Danny is our friendly in-house professional photographer. Danny has great style and an eye for photos. He is very passionate about photography and will always have your house looking its best. Danny does not do wide angle trick shots - keeping the photos realistic, natural and accurate making your house look its best, while providing an honest account of room size and features. He also makes amazing videos and drone shots to show off your property.
