To help us improve our standards please let us know at the earliest opportunity if you have a complaint. We are very committed to providing a professional service and will endeavour to satisfy the problem as soon as possible.

If you have a complaint then please put this in writing with full details and time frames and send to: Mr Brian Stanleick, 17 Alverton Street, Penzance Cornwall TR18 2QP.

If the complaint is against Brian please address to Mr Stacey Mann.

Your letter will be acknowledged in 3 working days, the complaint will be fully investigated with results sent to you in 14 working days.

If you are still not satisfied you should contact us again and a review with a director can be undertaken within 14 days.

If after this the conclusion is not satisfactory you should contact the property ombudsman to request an independent review: Milford House, 43-44 Milford Street, Salisbury. SP1 2BP.
